You are welcome to return your order within 28 days from the date of delivery of your package.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
All products must be returned in perfect condition. The products should not have been worn, used or washed. Returns will only be accepted if the products are returned with the original packaging fully intact. Please note that it is always necessary to have received the merchandise prior to requesting a refund. In order to be entitled for a refund, you will need to enclose the filled out returns form, which is enclosed with your items.
International customers can return items free of charge with UPS. To start the return process, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please list your order number as well as the items you want to send back in your email.
Once we receive your email, we will send you a return shipping label as well as a customs form. Print both forms and attach them to the original package. You can return your order at your nearest UPS office or schedule a pick-up from your home.
Ramesses Apparel reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.
DO I HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING TO RETURN MY ITEMS?
For orders within Turkey you can return items free of charge through Yurtiçi Kargo. For international orders we offer free returns with UPS.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE REFUNDED AMOUNT IS INCORRECT?
Contact our customer service at email@example.com, and we will resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Keep in mind that refunds will be issued excluding the delivery cost. Ramesses Apparel will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping process and it is of great importance that you keep the tracking ID of the return shipment until the return has been registered.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
When your return has been processed by our warehouse you will be notified by email. Keep in mind that the return process can take up to two weeks from the date you shipped the package back to us. Have you not heard anything within that time period, then please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and state your order ID, tracking ID for the return and the items you have sent back.
Once the return has been approved, you will receive your refund via the same means used to make your purchase. Remember that payments to your credit card always depend on your bank/building society.
We are unable to make exchanges for the time being and therefore ask of you to return the package for a refund and simply place a new order for the other size or item you wish to receive. If the price differs, please let us know of the new order number and we will refund the price difference.
